This is Alex.

He is a 9-year-old boy.

Alex is a spunky young boy with a lot of personality. Alex enjoys police cars and fire trucks and gets very excited to see a fire fighter in person or hears sirens. Alex is a typical rambunctious little boy who appreciates superheroes and Paw Patrol. Alex is very playful and just recently learned how to ride a bike without training wheels. Alex even fell off his bike but was eager to get back on. Alex is attempting to learn how to swim and enjoys playing in the water, but a bigger pool bothers him because the water is too cold. Alex does not hesitate to engage in unfamiliar activities such as gymnastics. He wants to try new things. Alex is not a shy child and is quick to say hi. Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
