This is Adelisa.

She is a 13-year-old girl.

Meet Adelisa! She is a very outgoing child that can be friends with anyone near her! From being friendly, active, helpful, and a great listener, she will always have you smiling! Adelisa looks forward to playing volleyball, swimming, and taking care of any animals. She recently has been able to care for horses and chickens and has enjoyed every minute of it! When she isn’t being compassionate toward animals, Adelisa also enjoys expressing her creativity through art. When given the chance to eat her favorite foods, Adelisa would instantly pick yummy pizza and Mexican food.

Adelisa would like a family that is able to help keep her motivated in school along with maintaining her relationships with her friends. She would strive in an environment with other children in the home and animals to love and care for.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
