This is Angel.

He is a 16-year-old boy.

Note: Angel is part of a sibling group and must remain with his siblings, Arrayah, Mary Jane & Emilio.

Angel is an outgoing child. Angel enjoys going to school, learning new things, playing video games, and being active out in the community. He loves to share what he learns and loves science. Angel is working on social skills as he struggles to use his words to express his needs.  Angel relates more to grownups than children. However, Angel is friendly and makes friends easily.

Angel will thrive in a two-parent household with his siblings. Angel will need a family that will set boundaries and supports his therapeutic goals.

Before submitting this form, please make sure you are willing and able to meet these requirements.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
