This is Ariana.

She is a 14-year-old girl.

Meet Ariana! Arianna has a very sweet, loving and engaging demeanor that has given her a unique ability to establish relationships easily and remain socially outgoing.  She is a very creative young lady who spends her free time listening and dancing to music, drawing and always ready for a good craft project.  Being a young teen, Arianna really enjoys being outdoors in the park, riding her bike and roller skating.  She was raised in a home where she attended Church and Sunday School on a regular basis.

The perfect family setting for Arianna will be a patient, supportive and structured environment where she is the youngest or only child in the home, as she enjoys and seeks attention.  While Arianna enjoys school, she will need parents that can be strong advocates to keep her connected to the outside resources she requires in order to help nurture her intellectual development, and to be fully engaged in helping her to focus on and complete daily tasks and homework.  Arianna is very respectful and helpful with household chores and responds well to guidance and reminders – as typically needed for most teens.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
