This is Chase.

He is a 13-year-old boy.

Meet Chase! Chase is a friendly child who enjoys spending time outdoors. As a way to relax, Chase likes to walk out in nature. He has dreams of someday working with animals, and also has aspirations of being the director of a museum! Chase is a curious child and likes to explore. He has a creative imagination, which he likes to translate by building Legos. Chase is a fan of food, and some of his favorites are chicken nuggets, pizza, meat loaf, scrambled eggs, and pancakes.

Chase would benefit from either a two-parent or one-parent household, and ideally a family who would foster his imagination and creativity. Chase has been placed in a household with other children and could do well with other children. Chase is looking for a family that is nurturing and understanding of his needs.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
