This is Connor.

He is a 15-year-old boy.

Connor is a very affectionate teenager with a great sense of humor. He is very excited to be a part of a family that he can call his own. Connor has many interests, including playing soccer, football and video games. He also enjoys coloring, listening to music and reading. Connor likes his surroundings to be clean and orderly and doesn’t mind the hard work involved to keep them as such.

Connor would like to live in a home with pets. He will thrive in a home with a calm and patient family that can provide him with structure and routine. His family needs to be able to advocate for his mental health needs and participate in services with him.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
