D’Angelo

This is D'Angelo.

He is a 12-year-old boy.

Meet D'Angelo! D’Angelo enjoys playing video games, sports, and has participated in Jiu Jitsu. He is outgoing, can easily make friends and relates to both younger and older children. He is athletic and caring. D’Angelo understands the importance of school and he does well in his academics.

D’Angelo will thrive within a two-parent house hold. The family needs to be patient, using redirection often, active, and supportive in reaching educational goals. The family would need to be open to preserving biological family connections, as D’Angelo has biological family he would like to maintain contact with.

Before submitting this form, please make sure you are willing and able to meet these requirements.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
