Isaiah-7

This is Isaiah B.

He is a 12-year-old boy.

Meet Isaiah! This young man has many fine qualities; he possesses an outgoing and caring personality with a family-oriented focus.  Some of his favorite hobbies include vegetable gardening, singing in the church choir, riding his bike, and creating with his Legos.  He also enjoys watching movies, basketball and football games.  In school, Isaiah enjoys and excels in the sciences and would like to continue to pursue STEM courses as he advances.

Of Isaiah’s many goals in life, the main one is to be adopted into a forever family that will provide unconditional love and support to him as he matures and becomes more independent in life.  Isaiah loves the idea of having brothers and sisters, therefore he will thrive in a home with other children, and with experienced parents that can provide structure, consistency, and patience -- who can identify challenges and work on them in a thoughtful and productive manner.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
