Jacob-4

This is Jacob.

He is a 14-year-old boy.

Meet Jacob! Jacob is a true ambivert who can be thoroughly engaging and outgoing but also needs his down time to listen to music, read comic books, and play video games. As a young teen, he really enjoys food and fancies himself quite the connoisseur of hot sauce – the spicier the better!

Jacob yearns to be in a traditional, loving home with a mother and a father. He is a kind soul who craves stability and will thrive with a patient family that demonstrates healthy relationships, can devote time and attention to him and will provide guidance for his intellectual and emotional development as he becomes a young man.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
