This is Jaylisa.

She is a 14-year-old girl.

Meet Jaylisa! Jaylisa is an ambivert, is quite family oriented and outgoing but is quite happy to have time to herself to listen to music, dance or focus on her mastery of the Rubik’s cube. She gravitates to her older peers and would thrive in a home with older siblings as well as pets, as she has a genuine nurturing manner with animals.

As a culinary enthusiast, Jaylisa continuously works on building her cooking skills and enjoys spending time with family around the dinner table. It is extremely important that her forever family will be supportive of her maintaining her connection to her siblings.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
