Maria M

This is Maria M.

She is a 16-year-old girl.

Meet Maria! Maria is a sweet and intelligent young woman who has been through a lot and needs a family who will be supportive of her growth. She loves animals and would like to be in a home with pets.  Here is a little bit of what she has to say (Note: animals are not required but would be a big plus for this compassionate young lady):

“Hello, my name is Maria. My favorite hobbies are puzzles, coloring, and arts and crafts of all sorts. I am looking for a family with animals. I need parents who really care and will take good care of me. School is ok, but I would prefer a non-traditional setting. My favorite colors are red, blue, and black.  My favorite movies are King Kong, 47 Meters Down, and The Wizard of Oz. I dream about having a good future.”

Before submitting this form, please make sure you are willing and able to meet these requirements.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
