This is Samantha.

She is a 9-year-old girl.

Note: Samantha is part of a sibling group and must remain with her sibling, Ruby.

Meet Samantha! Samantha is very caring, artistic and energetic; she spends time drawing and journaling as an outlet to express herself, as well as singing and dancing. She also thrives when she participates in sporting activities, such as swimming. Samantha can be selective about her food choices, but is really great about eating her veggies!

As the younger sibling, Samantha is developing her self-identity for the first time and, as such, will benefit from some individual one-on-one time with a loving and patient family who will help to nurture her. It will also be helpful to have a family be willing for Samantha and her sister to maintain bio-family connections to support this bond.

Before submitting this form, please make sure you are willing and able to meet these requirements.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
