This is Trinity.

She is a 17-year-old girl.

Trinity is a 16-year-old young lady. Trinity enjoys being around adults, she has a great sense of humor. She is a friendly and motivated teen. She is excited to be adopted and have a forever family. She enjoys reading. She is a great advocate for herself. She would like to become a counselor, so college is in her future. She is currently in the 11th grade.

She would like an adoptive family that will be patient and dedicated and allow her to adjust to the idea of having a forever family. She needs adoptive parents that will give her love and attention, as well as take the time to listen. She would benefit from being in a home that can provide structure and stability for her.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
