Meet Valerie! Valerie is a young lady with a very witty, spirited and outgoing personality who establishes friendships with ease. With her love for animals, she aspires to be a veterinarian someday. She is adept at playing team sports and has learned to apply these key leadership skills to other aspects of her life. In her down time, she likes to challenge herself with a good video game!

Valerie has a strong sense of self, always open to sharing and good conversation. She prides herself on her commitment within her community and wishes to maintain relationships with her biological family. Valerie will thrive with a forever family that provides a good structured routine and secure boundaries, along with a nurturing and loving environment that could include family pets for her to care for.

The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
