Meet Vandel. Vandel is energetic and outgoing. Vandel’s hobbies include playing with Legos and watching TV. Vandel is overjoyed when he can participate in any type of physical activity- especially playing outdoors. Vandel has a close bond with his siblings and is looking forward to a nurturing forever home where he will be with his siblings. Vandel would benefit from a family that is active and willing to dedicate individual time to him.

The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
