This is Xavier.

He is a 7-year-old boy.

Note: Xavier is part of a sibling group and must remain with his siblings, Annalise, Natalie & Alex R.

Meet Xavier! Xavier is sensitive and kind, and once his trust is earned, he can be very loving and affectionate. He enjoys watching sports and would like to participate in football and basketball. He does very well in school and enjoys playing outdoors.

He would like an adoptive family that will be patient and dedicated in earning his trust and allowing him to adjust to the idea of having a forever family. He needs adoptive parents that will give him love and attention, as well as take the time to play with him outdoors. He would benefit from having a male figure, as the idea of having a father is exciting for him. He should be placed with his siblings and would also benefit from being in a structured, reliable, two parent home.

Note: Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) has ceased offering the non-relative Adoption Only program. CYFD does continue to offer the Foster Care program. The Foster Care Program differs in that that the goal of the program is to ultimately reunite the child with their biological parent while the child is in your care for approximately a year. Should you become a Foster Parent it is also a possibility that the children that you foster may become available for adoption.
